Job summary

Landmark Credit Union in Wisconsin is seeking a part-time teller for a 25-28 hour workweek. The role requires rotating weekday shifts, including Fridays and Saturdays, with branch hours posted above. You will handle cash, provide friendly member service, and cross-sell services.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly teller and related services to members with balanced cash drawer daily.
• Cross-sell other member services.
• Process mail deposits and withdrawals.
• Assist in balancing the ATM if not handled by an outside source.
• Train to perform open/closing duties with on-site manager.
• Train to verify checks for other tellers.
• Train to perform overrides.
• Cross-train to assist in other branch positions.
• Attend trainings at headquarters or off-site as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This 25-28 hr/week position requires working varying weekday shifts, including every Friday and Saturday.

BRANCH HOURS

Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Friday, 8:30 AM to 6 PM
Saturday, 9 AM to 1 PM

NATURE AND SCOPE

Performs transactional duties to serve members by receiving or paying out funds with high accuracy. Provides cash receipt and payment services in accordance with credit union policies and procedures. Presents and explains a basic number of credit union products and services to members. Represents the credit union in a positive and professional manner.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1. High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2. Previous work experience with cash handling or customer service preferred.
• 3. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills and the ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• 4. Must have experience or be able to gain proficiency in all programs and systems used for this job.
• 5. Must develop a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to this position. Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all job-related State and federal laws and regulations.
• 6. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• 1. Provides friendly, courteous, and expedient teller and other related services to members resulting in a balanced cash drawer daily.
• 2. Cross-sells other member services.
