Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process transactions accurately.
• Refer customers to Personal Bankers for specialized services.
• Balance cash drawer daily and secure receipts and records.
• Process deposits and withdrawals; cash checks per policy.
• Process loan payments, money orders, and bank checks.
• Support outbound calls and encourage digital channel adoption.
