OceanFirst Bank in Egg Harbor Township, NJ is seeking a full-time Teller. Upon hire, all retail staff will participate in a 2-week personalized and interactive training experience to learn our processes and standards.

You will accurately process transactions, balance cash drawers, handle deposits and loans payments, cross-sell Bank products, refer customers to Personal Bankers, and help grow customer relationships while promoting digital channels.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to cross-sell products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a banking system after training.
• Flexible with work schedules.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process transactions accurately.
• Balance drawers and secure receipts.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Refer customers to Personal Bankers for specialized services.
• Promote digital channels to migrating customers online.
• Handle inquiries and maintain accounts as needed.
• Participate in Branch Incentive Program.
