You will accurately process transactions, assist customers, cross-sell bank products, and support branch goals while upholding the bank's values and policies.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1-year prior cash handling, with previous teller related experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Greets customers warmly and processes requested transactions accurately to ensure standards are met.
• Identifies customer needs to refer to Personal Banker staff and cross-sell bank products and services.
• Balances and proves work daily, secures receipts and records, and manages cash drawers and related equipment.
• Processes deposits and withdrawals, loans payments and other receivables.
• Issues money orders and bank checks and processes payments to club accounts.
• Identifies and refers potential Nest clients to the appropriate source and supports digital channel migration.
