Job summary

Hope Enterprise Corporation is seeking a Teller for the HOPE branch network in various locations. You’ll process deposits, withdrawals, and payments, maintain a balanced cash drawer, and deliver friendly member service.

This non-exempt, full-time position emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to security and regulatory requirements. You’ll promote HOPE products and support the bank’s sales goals while serving diverse customers, including bilingual Spanish speakers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years cash handling experience.
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Balance cash drawer and handle cash procedures.
• Provide excellent service to members.
• Promote HOPE products and services to meet customer needs.
• Follow policies, security and regulatory requirements.
• Perform general administrative duties.
• Attend meetings and generate reports.
