Qualifications

• Excellent service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to cross-sell Bank products.
• Detail oriented and highly accurate; multi-task.
• Basic PC user skills; able to learn banking system.
• Strong basic math ability.
• Flexible schedules as per branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process transactions accurately to meet standards.
• Refer customers to Personal Banker for specialized services.
• Balance and prove work daily; secure receipts and records.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Issue money orders and bank checks; process club payments.
• Refer potential Nest clients to appropriate sources.
• Support outbound calls and migrate customers to digital channels.
• Handle incoming mail transactions and respond to inquiries.
