Qualifications

• 0-1 year of progressive retail financial or customer service experience.
• 3 years of retail banking or credit union experience including cash handling, customer service experience, and an understanding of financial services regulatory policies.

• Process members' financial transactions accurately and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
• Support branch operations, promote Members 1st products and services, and assist with daily balancing procedures.
• Educate members about products and services and contribute to achieving sales goals.
