Job summary

Park National Bank is seeking a Teller for the Gender Road/Columbus Downtown Offices in Columbus, OH. You will handle daily cash transactions, assist customers, and deliver attentive service in line with Park Promises and Serving More standards.

As a full-time, hourly associate, you will process transactions accurately, refer customers to specialists when needed, and stay compliant with bank procedures while promoting appropriate products and services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 0-2 years prior cash handling, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Hourly, full-time position with a minimum 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers promptly and professionally according to Park Promises and Serving More standards.
• Complete transaction processing timely, accurately, and per bank procedures.
• Project the bank's professional reputation through courteous interactions and prompt resolution of requests.
• Refer loan and deposit customers to subject matter experts.
• Maintain product knowledge and complete required training to sustain broad knowledge.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and suggest products to meet needs.
• Adhere to all procedures related to branch and cash security, information security, and local regulations.
• Participate in in-branch communications and promotions for the office.
• Provide feedback for workflow and service improvements.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies and risk management expectations.
