Job summary

Responsibilities

Serve customers promptly and professionally following Park Promises and Serving More standards.
Process transactions timely and accurately per bank procedures.
Project the bank’s professional reputation with courteous interactions and prompt issue resolution.
Refer loan and deposit customers to subject matter experts.
Maintain product knowledge through training to sustain sales and service excellence.
Suggest products and services to meet customer needs using product knowledge.
Protect bank assets by following policies on security, negotiable instruments, and regulations.
Participate in branch communication and promotional activities.
Contribute to workflow improvements and ensure quality customer service.
Comply with all regulatory and risk requirements in daily tasks.
