FourLeaf Federal Credit Union in Northport, ME seeks a diligent Teller to deliver exceptional member experiences while accurately processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions. You will build relationships, share product knowledge, and refer members to solutions and partners when opportunities arise.

This role requires strong cash handling, compliance with banking rules, and the ability to manage the teller line and drive-up traffic while maintaining outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-4 years of customer service and cash handling experience.
• Proficient PC, Windows, and internet usage.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Build member relationships and identify member needs to recommend products and services.
• Refer members to platforms or partners for additional solutions.
• Engage with members as they enter the branch and assist with lobby management.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and banking regulations.
