You will balance cash, handle deposits and loan payments, explain bank products, and comply with regulations while maintaining confidentiality and a professional demeanor. This role emphasizes security, accuracy, and strong service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Zero to one year of related experience required.
• Prior cash handling or banking experience preferred.
• Ability to work 7:45 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday.
• Excellent customer service and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service.
• Assist with deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.
• Balance teller drawer and cash vault daily and maintain accuracy.
• Identify counterfeit currency and follow security protocols.
• Explain bank products and services to customers as appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with regulations.
• Support compliance and security training as required.
