Qualifications

• A high level of customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively throughout the bank and to represent the bank positively to current and potential customers.
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal relationships and teamwork.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate a computer and other standard office equipment, such as copier and fax machine.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank transactions including deposits, checks, loan payments, and transfers.
• Promote bank products and services to meet customers' needs.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain records, locating overages/shortages.
• Greet customers in lobby and provide superior customer service.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with banking regulations.
