• Identify banking opportunities during conversations and refer as appropriate.
• Engage with customers in the lobby to connect them with PNC products.
• Educate customers on managing transactions using available technology and tools.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
• Adhere to policies and procedures with sound judgment.
• Ensure teller and branch daily operations and transactions are completed accurately.
