S&T Bank in Lancaster, PA is seeking a customer-focused teller to deliver exceptional service while handling deposits, withdrawals, and basic transactions. You will balance the cash drawer, process checks, and assist customers with loan payments and other branch services.

The role emphasizes sales along with service, with goals to grow customer relationships. Prior CSR and RSA training, and CARE/NMLS readiness within six months, are required.

Competenze

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to five years general and specialized experience.
• Successful completion of the retail training program including CSR and RSA training.
• CARE certification within 6 months of hire.
• NMLS/SAFE Act registration required prior to Mortgage Loan Originator duties.

Mansioni

• Handle deposits, cash checks, and process withdrawals.
• Balance cash drawer daily and assist in ATM settlement.
• Provide exceptional customer service at the teller window and process basic transactions.
• Identify banking needs and cross-sell S&T products in line with branch goals.
• Maintain accurate records and follow bank policies and procedures.
