Responsibilities include processing deposits and withdrawals, validating transactions, balancing cash daily, and assisting customers with loans, money orders, and other banking services. Prior CSR/RSA training is a plus, with guaranteed attention to accuracy and security.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to five years general and specialized experience.
• Successful completion of the retail training program including CSR and RSA training.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional customer service at the teller window while meeting sales goals.
• Processes deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately.
• Balances window cash daily and assists with ATM settlement.
• Identifies customer banking needs and refers to appropriate loan/deposit products.
