Responsibilities

• Operate a customer service window with accuracy, delivering exceptional service.
• Accept deposits, verify endorsements, issue receipts, and refer complex cases as needed.
• Balance window cash daily and perform ATM settlement where applicable.
• Profile customers to determine banking needs and promote S&T loan/deposit products.
• Complete data entry and processing for new accounts; maintain existing accounts and assist with check orders.
