Gate City Bank is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to support daily operations at our Bismarck Gateway Office. You will assist customers with everyday banking transactions, open new accounts and educate customers on products and services that fit their needs.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1–2 years of customer service or cash handling experience, with a positive, upbeat attitude. The role offers guaranteed 15–19 hours/week and benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, upbeat attitude.
• Experience helping customers with everyday banking transactions is a plus.

Location: Bismarck Gateway

Schedule: In-Office Guaranteed 15-19 hours per week Monday - Friday: 1:30 PM – 6:15 PM Rotating Saturdays: 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM (earn an additional +$5/hour for Saturdays!)

• Balance cash drawer and maintain accuracy
• Follow all service, security, and compliance guidelines

Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right
• A positive, upbeat attitude and a genuine desire to help others

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $18-$19 per hour
• Saturday Differential Pay: +$5/hr
• Guaranteed 15-19 hours per week
