Job summary

Gate City Bank seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative to support our Fargo Downtown retail banking team. You will assist customers with financial transactions, open new accounts, and educate customers about our products and services.

Location is in-office with guaranteed 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday 9:15 AM–6:15 PM and rotating Saturdays. Pay ranges from $17.75 to $18.75 per hour, with an additional $5/hr for Saturday shifts. Benefits available for eligible teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of customer service, cash handling, or sales experience strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
• Enthusiasm for creating positive customer experiences.
