Job summary

Gate City Bank is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to support daily operations at our Bismarck Gateway Office. This role involves customer transactions, account support, and delivering friendly, passionate service in a team-oriented environment.

Guaranteed 15-19 hours per week with Monday–Friday 1:30 PM–6:15 PM and rotating Saturdays: 8:45 AM–12:15 PM, earning an additional $5/hour on Saturdays. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, 401(k) match, wellness programs, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, upbeat attitude.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, helpful experience by assisting customers with everyday banking transactions.
• Build relationships by identifying ways to make banking easier and more rewarding.
• Open new accounts and educate customers on products and services that fit their needs.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accuracy.
• Follow all service, security, and compliance guidelines.
