Job summary

Gate City Bank is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Moorhead South Office. This in-office, part-time role operates Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–6:15 PM with some flexibility and a Saturday schedule 8:45 AM–12:15 PM (one Saturday off per month).

Pay is $17.75–$18.75 per hour, with a Saturday incentive of $5 for any Saturday worked. The role emphasizes day-to-day banking services, relationship building, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred.
