Gate City Bank is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to support daily operations at our Moorhead South Hornbachers Office. You will assist customers with everyday banking transactions, open new accounts, and balance cash drawers while following security and compliance guidelines.

The schedule guarantees 15-19 hours per week with a Saturday differential and a benefits package for eligible team members.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right.
• A positive, upbeat attitude and a genuine desire to help others.

Schedule

In-Office Guaranteed 15-19 hours per week

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 2:00 PM - 6:15 PM

Tuesday and Thursday: 12:00 PM - 6:15 PM

Rotating Saturdays: 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM (earn an additional +$5/hour for Saturdays!)

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $17.75-$18.75 per hour

Saturday Differential Pay: +$5/hr

Guaranteed 15-19 hours per week
