Gate City Bank is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for our Bismarck Gateway Office to handle customer transactions, account support, and deliver friendly service in a team-driven environment.

The role emphasizes opening new accounts, educating customers on suitable products, balancing cash, and complying with security and service standards. Schedule includes weekday afternoons and rotating Saturdays with extra pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right.
• A positive, upbeat attitude and a genuine desire to help others.

Location: Bismarck Gateway

Schedule: In-Office Guaranteed 15-19 hours per week Monday - Friday: 1:30 PM – 6:15 PM Rotating Saturdays: 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM (earn an additional +$5/hour for Saturdays!)

Gate City Bank is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to support daily operations at our Bismarck Gateway Office. This role includes customer transactions, account support, and delivering friendly, passionate service in a team-oriented environment.

• Balance cash drawer and maintain accuracy

Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $18-$19 per hour
• Saturday Differential Pay: +$5/hr
• Guaranteed 15-19 hours per week
