Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interacting with customers and delivering high level customer service by processing transactions.
• Follow bank policies to ensure ethical business practices, greeting customers and helping them with their needs.
• Help with staffing coverage by traveling to other branch locations as needed.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities by assessing customer needs and explaining product features and benefits.
• Organizes and balances cash drawer daily and adheres to cash handling procedures.
