Job summary

First Capital Bank is seeking a customer-focused Teller CSR to join our growing team in Summerville, SC. You will handle daily banking transactions, engage with customers to promote products, and help maintain accuracy in cash handling while contributing to a collaborative, supportive work environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience and full-time availability, with a commitment to our community-first banking approach and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience as Bank Teller CSR or similar within past 5 years.
• Full time availability required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions while providing excellent customer service.
• Preserve the bank’s community spirit by actively engaging with all customers.
• Introduce and sell bank products.
• Proactively inform customers of additional products and self-service options (as appropriate), to enhance the customer experience and meet their financial needs.
• Maintain a cash drawer, including cash handling and balancing.
• Assist with other administrative/operational tasks, as requested by the Branch Manager.
• Willingness to genuinely participate in a collaborative and supportive work environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or GED

• Full time availability

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
