Job summary

First Capital Bank in Charleston, SC is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Bank Teller CSR to join our community-focused team. You will process transactions accurately, promote bank products, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced branch environment.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, at least 1 year in a teller or similar role, and full-time availability. We value integrity, teamwork, and proactive communication to support customers and contribute to our community

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while delivering excellent service.
• Preserve the bank's community spirit by engaging with customers.

• Proactively inform customers of additional products and self-service options to meet financial needs.
• Maintain a cash drawer, including cash handling and balancing.
• Assist with administrative/operational tasks as requested by Branch Manager.
• Willingness to participate in a collaborative team environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions while providing excellent customer service

• Maintain a cash drawer, including cash handling and balancing
