Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Handle teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc.).
• Maintain branch integrity through daily tasks (ATM balancing, deposits, updating rate sheets).
• Mitigate risk by safekeeping cash and funds transfer when needed.
• Engage clients, anticipate needs, and offer appropriate bank products/services.
• Expand knowledge of Columbia Bank offerings; refer products through the proper channels.
