Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with all Bank policies, procedures, and systems.
• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with written numbers, words, and verbal and written instructions.
• Consistently demonstrates ability and willingness to build relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Always performs teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc.).
• Balance cash drawer and support daily tasks to maintain branch integrity.
• Mitigate risk by safekeeping money and prompt transfer of funds.
• Interact with clients, anticipate needs, and offer proactive solutions and products.
• Deepen knowledge of Columbia Bank products and services and stay current on changes.
