Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to learn and comply with bank policies, procedures, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintains branch tasks to preserve integrity of operations (ATM, night drops, balances, etc.).
• Mitigates risk by safeguarding money and funds transfer processes.
• Interacts with clients, identifies needs, and offers proactive solutions per service standards.
• Continuously grows knowledge of Columbia Bank products and services.
• Discusses and uncovers customer financial needs to offer appropriate products.
• Supports branch referral goals by directing customers to the right business partners.
