Job summary
Columbia Bank in Fullerton, CA is seeking a friendly Teller to handle daily banking transactions and deliver the Breakthrough Client Service Standards. You will work under the Branch Manager to ensure accurate, ethical transactions and build relationships by identifying client needs and offering appropriate products and services.
The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, 2 years of banking or customer service experience, and (optional) bilingual abilities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2 years of banking or customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Demonstrates ability to learn and comply with bank policies, procedures, and systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Responsibilities
- Perform teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Balance cash drawer and process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and check cashing.
- Develop relationships with clients and identify opportunities to offer bank products and services.
