Columbia Bank in Pasadena is seeking a Personal Banker to deliver an exceptional client experience by following the Breakthrough Client Experience Standards. You will acquire new relationships, identify client needs, offer appropriate products, and refer clients to partners while developing lending opportunities.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year Teller or banking experience, cash handling skills, and the ability to obtain an NMLS within 60 days.

Formación

• 1 year Teller or banking experience required.
• In-depth knowledge of Consumer products and services.
• Ability to obtain a Nationwide Multistate Licensing and Registry (NMLS) within 60 days.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional client experience following Breakthrough Client Experience Standards.
• Acquire new client relationships and expand existing ones by identifying needs and offering products.
• Open Consumer and Business accounts and originate consumer and small business loans.
• Refer clients to internal partners and provide proactive solutions and timely responses.
