Columbia Bank is seeking a Teller to serve as the first point of contact for clients at our Woodburn branch. You will perform teller transactions, cash handling, and balance cash drawers while delivering Breakthrough Client Service Standards. Build relationships by discussing financial needs and offering relevant bank products and services.

On-site role with comprehensive benefits. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and about 1 year of banking or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of previous banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with all Bank policies, procedures, and systems.
• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with written numbers and instructions.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and other bank associates.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Balance cash drawer and process night drop deposits.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, check cashing, and other routine transactions.
• Mitigate risk by safekeeping cash and ensuring accurate transfers.
• Interact with clients to uncover needs and offer appropriate products and services.
