Job summary

GECU is seeking a full-time Teller Center Representative to greet members, handle transactions, and provide friendly service in a branch setting. You will cross-sell services, balance cash, and educate members on remote solutions such as ATMs and mobile access.

Required is a high school diploma or equivalent with cash handling experience; excellent communication and diplomacy are essential for resolving member inquiries and maintaining security and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; cash handling experience preferred.
• Excellent member service skills; ability to respond to members’ needs within policy.
• Ability to operate multiple electronic devices (video, phones, ITMs) with tact and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and respond to requests to create positive experience.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Handle cash, process deposits/withdrawals, and balance cash box.
• Educate members on remote services (ATM/ITM/mobile).
• Maintain compliance with BSA/AML/OFAC and internal policies.
