Job summary

GECU is seeking a Full Time Teller Center Representative to provide friendly, accurate service in a branch setting. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and ITM transactions while promoting credit union products and services.

Responsibilities include ensuring cash drawer accuracy, educating members on remote services, and maintaining security and regulatory compliance. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent member service skills and the ability to respond quickly and calmly to member needs.
• Ability to operate multiple types of electronic equipment and control systems.
• Cash handling experience and accuracy under pressure.
• Strong communication, organization and teamwork capabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant on-the-job experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle member transactions accurately in person and via ITMs.
• greet members, respond to requests, and promote products and services.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accountability for cash assets.
• Educate members on remote services and digital banking options.
• Ensure compliance with security, BSA/AML and credit union policies.
