Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business administration or equivalent preferred.
• 2–5 years of progressively responsible management experience, preferably in a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Monitors reports to track progress toward Credit Union, department and individual goals.
• Provides supervision and leadership to staff; assigns work and ensures service expectations are met.
• Coordinates daily functions of the Teller Center and assists with member transactions when needed.
• Conducts regular staff meetings and coaching sessions to drive performance and development.
• Ensures adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
