First National Bank in Raymore, MO seeks a Teller to provide outstanding customer service and handle a variety of transactions. You will assist customers, balance night drops, and maintain cash security while helping meet sales goals.

This onsite role requires a high school diploma, cash handling experience, and strong communication skills; benefits are offered and hours are Monday–Friday with Saturday rotation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales/service experience including cash handling preferred.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Demonstrates computer literacy.
• Proactive sales and service skills including outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with exceptional service.
• Process teller transactions accurately per policy.
• Balance daily night drop and ATM deposits.
• Maintain security of teller cash.
• Work toward sales and service goals and meet performance standards.
• Handle cash with accuracy to maintain cash differences.
• Follow regulatory standards and participate in training and meetings.
