FNBO (First National Bank of Omaha) is seeking a Teller to provide friendly customer service and accurate teller transactions at our Missouri financial center in Raymore. You will handle cash, deposits, and withdrawals while cross-selling bank products as appropriate.

The role requires high school completion and strong communication, time management, and confidentiality. Local travel within the region may be required and on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales/service experience including cash handling preferred.
• Demonstrates computer literacy and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a focus on exceptional service.
• Process teller transactions accurately according to policy.
• Assist with service requests and handle night drop/ATM deposits.
• Balance cash and maintain confidentiality per policy.
• Attend trainings and participate in branch meetings; meet performance standards.
