Job summary

MidFirst Bank is seeking a Teller to efficiently process customer transactions and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. You will greet customers, maintain accurate cash drawers, and cross-sell banking products to grow relationships.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, 6 months cash handling or POS experience, and strong communication skills. Weekend availability is required; full-time position with training provided.

Qualifications

• 6 months cash handling and/or POS transaction experience in a retail sales or food industry environment.
• Excellent customer-service skills, including oral and written communication.
• Ability to effectively contribute to a positive team environment and work toward achieving goals.
• Careful attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Must adhere closely to bank procedures and regulations.
• Strong work ethic and high integrity.
• Strong computer and 10 key skills.
• Outgoing, assertive, confident, and enthusiastic personality.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and facilitate a welcoming, customer-focused environment.
• Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a balanced cash drawer and adhering to internal controls and procedures.
• Generate new business and expand relationships with current customers by cross-selling bank products and services that would benefit each individual.
• Build customer loyalty by developing relationships and consistently delivering exceptional service.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns by researching and identifying positive solutions.
