Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a related field.
• Tier I–III placement depends on prior experience.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Approachable and friendly.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Some cash handling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve Members promptly and professionally.
• Educate and refer Members to resources available within the Credit Union.
• Refer products and services to Members.
• Process transactions such as deposits and withdrawals as well as other banking transactions.
