Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in a related field.
• Placement within Tier I, II, or III is based on prior experience.
• Exceptional communication skills.

• Some cash handling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Members are promptly and professionally served.
• Actively educate and refer Members to resources available within the Credit Union.
• Refer products and services to our Members.
• Process transactions such as deposits and withdrawals as well as other banking transactions.
