Job summary

Sharon Bank is seeking a full-time teller to deliver a high standard of customer service and to process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments. You will open new accounts and handle customer inquiries.

You will maintain and settle a cash drawer, and educate customers about our products and services while adhering to bank policies and regulations. This in-person role provides a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and professional image.
• Excellent customer service and professional image.
• Willingness to travel within branch network.
• Aptitude for numbers and PC/keyboard familiarity.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Two years of experience in either or both fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide our customers with a high standard of customer service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, as well as check cashing and processing various other teller transactions.
• Open new accounts.
• Service customer inquiries.
• Maintain and settle a cash drawer.
• Recommend and educate customers about our products and services.
• Have a thorough understanding of Bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
