Job summary

PinnBank is seeking a focused teller to handle deposits and withdrawals, assist customers in person and by phone, and open/close accounts. You will work on cash handling, verification, and compliance tasks in a fast-paced branch.

The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, confidentiality, and helping customers choose suitable bank services, with weekend work possible if the branch opens then.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 24 months of prior banking experience is generally expected.
• Cash handling and customer contact experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller duties: deposits, cash checks, customer service tasks.
• Prepare holds on deposits and process CTRs/SIRs as required.
• Open and close individual and commercial deposit accounts; gather documents for opening.
• Assist customers with product information and cross-sell banking services.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality and security of customer data.
