Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently process a variety of financial transactions in a friendly and professional manner.
• Balance an assigned cash drawer daily and identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Actively listen to customers and communicate positively and professionally.
• Identify customer needs and recommend bank products and services that are customer-focused.
• Make appropriate referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services.
• Contribute to the achievement of both individual and team goals by supporting branch performance.
• De-escalate customer concerns or complaints while following bank policies and escalation procedures.
• Perform teller duties in compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
