Central Bank in Missouri is seeking a Teller to contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, and customer inquiries while representing the bank with a professional image.

You will be the face and voice of our company, helping customers with their financial needs, providing solutions, and supporting branch goals. This regular full-time position offers advancement opportunities and a chance to build lasting customer relationships.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic math, Intermediate PC and typing skills, and the ability to count U.S. currency required.
• Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy required.
• Strong customer relations skills and ability to communicate and work well with employees and customers in a cooperative, positive manner.
• Must enjoy customer interactions including actively looking for referral opportunities in a customer-centric manner.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and ability to lift 20 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Process financial transactions accurately and timely.
• The variety of transactions may be completed via the lobby, drive-thru, night-drop, mail, or ATM.
• Balance daily work and assigned cash drawer, and research differences where applicable.
• Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner always, even in difficult situations.
• Demonstrate quality customer service by incorporating the Legendary Service Standards.
• Recognize and interpret customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer.
• Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services.
• Actively participate in the branch sales program and goal achievement.
• Perform teller functions in accordance with established bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
