Job summary

Central Bank is seeking a Teller to join a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, greet customers, and maintain accounts, serving as the face and voice of our bank.

Work across lobby, drive-thru, night-drop, mail, or ATM, balance cash drawer daily, listen actively to clients, and promote bank products with a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner.
• Balance daily work and cash drawer, and research differences where applicable.
• Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner always, even in difficult situations.
• Demonstrate quality customer service by incorporating the Legendary Service Standards.
• Recognize and interpret customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer.
• Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services.
• Actively participate in the branch sales program and goal achievement.
• Perform teller functions in accordance with established bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner. The variety of transactions may be completed via the lobby, drive-thru, night-drop, mail, or ATM.


• Balance daily work and assigned cash drawer, and research differences where applicable.


• Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner always, even in difficult situations.


• Demonstrate quality customer service by incorporating the Legendary Service Standards.
