Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and timely via lobby, drive-thru, night-drop, mail, or ATM.
• Balance daily work and cash drawer; research differences as needed.
• Actively listen to customers and communicate in a friendly, positive manner.
• Demonstrate quality customer service following Legendary Service Standards.
• Recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services appropriately.
• Make referrals to other lines of business when needed.
• Participate in the branch sales program and achieve goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner. The variety of transactions may be completed via the lobby, drive-thru, night-drop, mail, or ATM.
• Balance daily work and assigned cash drawer, and research differences where applicable.
• Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner always, even in difficult situations.
• Demonstrate quality customer service by incorporating the Legendary Service Standards.
• Recognize and interpret customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer.
• Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services as needed.
• Actively participate in the branch sales program and goal achievement.
• Perform teller functions in accordance with established bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
