Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation workload forecasting, scheduling, design, and quality improvement for the VTS program.
• Manage day-to-day operation of VTS program flow, processes, and functions.
• Collect, compile, and track data and statistical information in support of VTS.
• Enter pertinent information into automated tracking systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with consult management, appointment scheduling, and admissions scheduling.
• Provide advice to operating managers on how services support mission attainment.
• Telework may be authorized; duties performed on-site within the medical center vicinity.
