Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services Commission in Arlington, TX is seeking a Program Administrator/Manager III to supervise Residential Child Care Regulation staff, manage budgets, and coordinate activities with CCR leadership. Telework may be available; travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent
• At least two years of experience in child welfare, childcare regulation, residential care, investigations, compliance, quality assurance, or related field
• At least two years supervising, leading, or managing staff

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise CCR supervisors and staff across a large geographic area
• Plan staffing, budgets, and performance evaluations; coordinate program activities with CCR leadership
• Represent the agency at hearings, trials, and interagency meetings; ensure program compliance and quality
• Engage with community, government partners and providers to support CCR operations
