Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required, preferably in human services related field.
• Preferred experience in child care regulation or child placing activities or closely related activities.
• Preferred experience in supervision, management, or leading projects.

Responsibilities

• Staff development: develop staff and ensure regulatory actions are completed.
• Unit management and daily operations: plan and manage unit operations and review performance.
• Enforcement actions: identify and recommend corrective or adverse actions.
• Professional development: maintain current knowledge of regulations and best practices.
• Community engagement: participate in meetings and inform stakeholders about the RCCR program.
• Other duties as assigned: perform additional tasks as needed.
