Job summary

Mercy Health in Toledo, OH, seeks an RN Telestroke Program Coordinator for St. Vincent Medical Center to manage and grow the Telestroke service.

The role requires strong liaison skills with spoke sites, physicians, and cross-functional teams, plus budget oversight and data reporting to improve quality and access to care. The Coordinator will oversee onboarding, credentialing, and training of physicians, align with IT and Virtual Health teams, and drive program improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years in healthcare; neuroscience/stroke or supervision preferred.
• EPIC experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong relationships with all spoke sites through ongoing communication, education, issue resolution and performance reporting.
• Manages the daily operations and resource allocation of the Telestroke program.
• Oversees onboarding, credentialing, and training of new Telestroke physicians.
• Develops and manages Telestroke operating budgets with other teams.
• Partners with Informatics to develop reports, collect data, and monitor performance metrics.
• Investigates inquiries and service concerns from spoke sites with physician leadership.
• Oversees technology infrastructure and vendor/partner relationships for the program.
• Identifies and implements opportunities for program improvement and growth.
• Manages physician engagement, meetings, feedback, and compliance activities.
