Job summary

Mercy Health in Toledo, OH is seeking an RN Stroke Program Coordinator for the St. Vincent Medical Center to lead the Telestroke program and coordinate cross-functional operations.

The role focuses on building strong relationships with spoke sites, clinicians and partners while ensuring high-quality telemedicine services. The coordinator will oversee onboarding, credentialing, budgeting and performance reporting, working closely with Virtual Health, IT and Finance teams to sustain program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s in Healthcare Administration preferred.
• 3–5 years in a healthcare-related role (preferred).
• 2 years in neuroscience, stroke, management or supervision (preferred).
• RN license in the state of work or compact (optional).
• BLS certification (optional).

Responsibilities

• Maintains relationships with spoke sites and reports performance.
• Manages daily Telestroke program operations and resources.
• Oversees onboarding, credentialing and training of new Telestroke physicians.
• Manages Telestroke budgets with Virtual Health, Operations and Finance teams.
• Develops reports and analyzes data with Informatics to support metrics.
• Investigates inquiries from spoke sites with Telestroke Physician Leader.
• Oversees technology infrastructure and vendor relationships for the program.
• Identifies opportunities for program improvement and growth.
• Manages physician engagement, meetings and compliance activities.
